**Job Summary** We are seeking a Test Analyst with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in CITS .NET Java and Visual Basic. Experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. Proficiency in English is essential. **Responsibilities** + Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality. + Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures. + Identify document and track software defects. + Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality. + Perform regression testing to verify that existing functionality is not affected by new changes. + Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. + Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures. + Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. + Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks. + Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies. + Provide support during user acceptance testing and post-implementation phases. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team. **Qualifications** + Must have experience in CITS .NET Java and Visual Basic. + Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting Governance Risk & Compliance and Property & Casualty Insurance. + Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak). + Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. + Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines. **Certifications Required** + ISTQB Certified Tester Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate desirable Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
