Test Engineer 3 Education       Chemical Engineer, Chemist, Materials Engineer, Electronics Engineer, or related field. English     Technical English, 80% proficiency. Software Proficiency:     Ms  Office Skills     Analytical, focused, innovative thinker, organized and methodical, hardworking, results-oriented, team player, good communicator. Enjoys working in a laboratory. Experience:     Experience using laboratory equipment, handling chemicals, performing reliability testing and failure analysis, and working with ISO 17025 quality systems. Experience with SEM/EDX, FTIR, and CMM. Experience using X-ray equipment, cross-sectional spectroscopy, and knowledge of ion chromatography would be a plus. Desired Knowledge:     Experience in reliability testing and failure analysis for PCBs or electronic components, ISO 17025 standard, basic statistics, and metrology. Experience with ion chromatography is a plus. Job Objective:     Experience performing technically complex physical, physicochemical, and reliability tests involving design problems and process failures of components, materials, or PCBAs to identify the root cause. Coordinate and ensure compliance with the delivery time agreed upon with the client, follow the laboratory's quality system procedures and those applicable to tests accredited under ISO 17025, maintain laboratory equipment and instruments in optimal condition, implementing 5S.
