Overview
We are currently recruiting a Testing and Commissioning Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a major rail construction project in Thailand. You will deliver and oversee the full lifecycle of testing and commissioning activities for rail infrastructure and subsystems. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a safe, reliable, and integrated transit system.

Responsibilities Leading the development and execution of comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies, including off-site and on-site testing phases. Managing and driving T&C strategy across rail/station infrastructure and building systems. Create detailed testing plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments Coordinating with sub-contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and defect resolution. Managing testing schedules, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in alignment with operator requirements. Overseeing documentation, reporting, and certification processes Act as primary point of contact for T&C activities between subcontractors and client Ensuring a smooth transition from testing to trial running and revenue operations, coordinating with Operations & Maintenance team.

Required Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Experience working both client and delivery-side. Previous history on a multi-billion $ greenfield and brownfield rail project, displaying expert knowledge of commissioning sections of new rail lines Familiar with planning and executing a system-wide testing program
