Sus responsabilidades claves Design mechanical and mechatronic test tooling using Creo (PTC). Work closely with external suppliers to manage the quotation, manufacturing, and delivery process of tooling, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Physically validate received tooling to confirm functionality and quality before release. Conduct tryouts for new tooling designs to ensure they meet the required test functionality before release. Generate technical documentation including component drawings, BOMs, and assembly drawings. Participate in design reviews, feasibility analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Design tooling specifically for torque converter test stands, and progressively for electric motors, gearboxes, differentials.... Collaborate with other testing team members to ensure proper integration of tooling into test processes. Sus aptitudes

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in test tooling or fixture design. Software: Proficient in Creo (PTC). Experience with other CAD platforms is a plus. Language: Advanced English is mandatory (communication with global teams and suppliers). Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and geometric tolerancing. Desirable: experience with integration of electrical/electronic components.
