Test Automation Tool Architect

Summary:
Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of test automation tools used for transport refrigeration controls systems, serving as software architect for future tool planning and implementation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field 5 – 10 years of experience in software development, including 1 - 2 years in software testing, test automation, application development, or a related field Programming experience in C#.NET and/or C++ and Python Development experience in the Linux OS environment

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of embedded controls software development Experience with communications protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, Zigbee, and WiFi Experience with software test automation tools

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of test automation tools for unit controls products Maintain and enhance existing test automation tools by addressing documented defects Serve as software architect and domain expert for future automation tool enhancements Provide updates on test automation project status and results to lead test engineers and management Make recommendations to improve the product testing process

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
