**In this role, your responsibilities will be:**
+ Build the Future of Testing: Design, develop, and maintain advanced test automation programs using LabVIEW to streamline validation and accelerate product development.
+ Engineer Custom Test Setups: Create and execute control performance tests for both new and existing instrument products, turning concepts into real-world performance data.
+ Perform and document design calculations and technical analyses that support product excellence and innovation.
+ Develop detailed test specifications and documentation that guide development and ensure quality across the product lifecycle.
+ Collaborate Across the Globe: Work with cross-functional teams to implement instrument solutions into production environments worldwide.

**For this role, you will need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or substantial equivalent experience
+ Experience with LabVIEW, DAQ systems, and instrumentation control.
+ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
+ Strong communication and documentation abilities
+ Authorization to work in the U.S. No sponsorship will be provided.
**Preferred qualifications that set you apart:**
+ Experience and knowledge in control theory as applicable to control valve applications
+ Experience with Product evaluation, Analytics or Diagnostics
+ Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
+ Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) or Architect (CLA).
+ Strong understanding of electronics, signal processing, and measurement techniques.
