**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Polarion ALM and preferably experience in the Provider domain. This role involves day shifts and does not require travel. The Test Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to the companys mission of delivering exceptional products to our clients. **Responsibilities** + Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure functionality and performance meet specified requirements. + Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design test plans accordingly. + Utilize Polarion ALM to manage test cases track defects and report testing progress. + Execute test cases and document results identifying any discrepancies or issues. + Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve product quality. + Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency. + Ensure all testing activities are completed within project timelines and adhere to quality standards. + Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and outcomes for future reference. + Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project status and address any challenges. + Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools to continuously improve testing practices. + Contribute to the development of automated testing scripts to streamline testing processes. + Support the implementation of best practices in software testing across the organization. + Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to build a strong testing team. Qualifications + Possess strong expertise in Polarion ALM for effective test management. + Demonstrate experience in the Provider domain enhancing domain-specific testing capabilities. + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. + Show proficiency in creating detailed test plans and executing test cases. + Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. + Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new testing tools and methodologies. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
