Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Test Analyst will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining effective testing strategies across projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring systems meet functional, performance, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for projects and ongoing improvements.
Create and maintain comprehensive regression test packs.
Coordinate, execute, and report on manual and automated regression testing.
Enhance and maintain automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
Accurately record, track, and report test results, defects, and risks.
Work closely with the Test Manager, development teams, and Scrum Masters to identify, triage, and resolve issues.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on quality, risks, and readiness.
Ensure confidential handling of sensitive data and compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
Experience & Skills
Strong knowledge of software and data testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Solid understanding of the software development and release lifecycle.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Proficiency in automated testing, including test execution and maintenance.
Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and testing.
Experience testing APIs and web services.
Understanding of risk-based testing and quality risk management.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking, test management, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
