We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Test Analyst** with 3 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. **Key Responsibilities:** + Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test cases. + Execute manual and automated tests across various platforms and environments. + Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar. + Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to resolve issues. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. + 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing. + Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). + Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). + Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus. + Good understanding of SDLC and STLC. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
