Responsible for the testing of various systems conversion/modification and collateral projects. Daily responsibilities of this position include execution of test scripts and identification and tracking of defects in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Data prep and conditioning of accounts as necessary. Provide daily updates to test leads and managers as needed. Review and validate changes across various collateral types and data sources. **Responsibilities:** + Performs the planning and delivery of testing in support of initiatives including various conversions, modifications, BAU maintenance and break-fix changes + Participates in the test strategy planning and execution, including reviewing changes across various collateral types and data sources + Authors plan, scripts and gathers approvals for test• Procures test data, data prep and conditioning of accounts + Manages the test planning, execution, tracking, remediation and results documentation + Identifies and escalates obstacles for test delivery success + Tracks and validates script execution and business certification to confirm that initiative requirements and user expectations have been met **Skills:** + Analytical Thinking + Customer and Client Focus + Oral Communications + Written Communications + Account Management + Adaptability + Critical Thinking + Problem Solving + Active Listening + Collaboration + Stakeholder Management **Required Skills:** + Establishes testing standards and procedures + Directs and establishes overall testing approach/strategy + Test plan/scripts, test execution, reporting + 2+ years of experience with: Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), defect management and tracking, data analytical skills, and XML data files + Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management testing methodologies + Knowledge of JIRA, ALM, Excel + Home Loans, Consumer Card, Deposit Products and bank communication methodologies and platforms + Project management and business/technical experience **Desired Skills:** + Enthusiastic, energetic, determined and positive – especially under pressure + Ability to navigate enterprise, research and resource information across the bank + Critical thinker and risk minded + Proficient using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and in Visio **Enterprise Description Overview:** **This job is responsible for the testing of various systems conversion, system modification and collateral projects.
