Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

Job Description

The Territory Sales Representative drives revenue growth by promoting and selling branded products and services, including lubricants, filters, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid, within an assigned territory. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business, nurturing customer relationships, and leveraging CRM tools to exceed sales targets. The position operates remotely in the Wenatchee area and requires a blend of strategic planning, field sales activity, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for branded products and services, including lubricants, filters, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid, within the assigned territory.Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking activities.Conduct outbound calls and in-person visits to prospect, qualify, and convert business-to-business leads into long-term customers.Deliver tailored, professional presentations to key decision-makers using tools such as PowerPoint to establish strategic partnerships and generate new business.Manage and grow existing customer accounts through effective account management, customer service, and regular follow-up.Utilize CRM platforms to track performance, manage customer relationships, maintain accurate records, and monitor the sales pipeline.Contribute to the annual marketing and sales planning process by providing realistic product forecasts based on historical data, market trends, competitor activity, promotional strategies, and sales efforts.Collaborate proactively with internal support teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, services, and customer initiatives.Build and maintain strong professional relationships across all departments and with fellow employees to support shared goals.Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring understanding and alignment.Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by responding promptly to customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.Travel within the territory 25–50% of the time to meet with customers, prospects, and partners as needed.Uphold company values by building trust, acting with integrity, and fostering innovation in all business activities.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in an outside or territory sales role.Proven experience in sales, customer service, outside sales, cold calling, prospecting, account management, and outbound calling.Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations using PowerPoint.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms for managing customer data, tracking performance, and reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage and influence decision-makers.Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry requirements within a business-to-business context.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and communicate them clearly to diverse audiences.Demonstrated adaptability and capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory.Proven ability to build trust, maintain professional relationships, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong customer-first mindset, with a focus on integrity, innovation, and long-term relationship building.

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote, field-based role located in the Wenatchee area, with the expectation of a full 8-hour workday. The position involves working independently in the field while staying closely connected to internal teams through digital communication and CRM platforms. Travel within the territory is expected 25–50% of the time to visit customers and prospects. The role relies heavily on technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile communication tools.
