Job Title: Territory Sales Representative
Job Description

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing support for our branded products and services, including lubricants, filters, chemicals, and diesel exhaust fluid. You will work remotely out of Seattle while reporting to the Arlington office.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure profitable new business within your assigned territory through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.Deliver tailored presentations to key decision-makers to establish strategic partnerships and generate new business opportunities.Contribute to the annual marketing plan by providing realistic product forecasts based on historical data, market trends, competitor activity, promotional strategies, and sales efforts.Utilize CRM tools to track performance, manage customer relationships, and exceed sales targets.Essential Skills2 years of business to business sales experienceProficiency in sales, customer service, outside sales, cold calling, prospecting, account management, and outbound callsPerformance-driven with excellent presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilitiesAdditional Skills & QualificationsDeep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and industry requirementsWillingness to travel 25–50% and work collaboratively with a professional teamAbility to quickly understand complex technical and business concepts and communicate them clearlyAdaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsFoster strong working relationships across all departments and with fellow employeesBuild trust and communicate effectively while demonstrating integrity, innovation, and a customer-first mindsetCollaborate proactively with support teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfactionWork Environment

This position is 100% remote, with an expectation of an 8-hour workday. You will have the opportunity to work in the field, and a company car and phone will be provided. There is potential to significantly increase earnings through commission.

This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

The 401k, he is eligible to contribute his own funds after 6 months of service (page 25). For the employer's contribution into the ESOP, he is eligible after 1 ½ years of service (page 26). Health insurance rates are on page 29.\n\nSee Benefits Guide attached in a Additional Documents
