Territory Sales Manager 

Summit Search Group is proud to partner with a well-established private organization boasting a long-standing history, spanning several decades. As a leading wholesaler and distributor of interior building products, the company is a trusted partner for contractors and consumers throughout Canada. Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for the Regina territory and surrounding region.

 Key Responsibilities

Expand the customer base by identifying and actively pursuing new business opportunities within the designated territory Promote product offerings and introduce new initiatives to both prospective and existing clients Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with customer needs and company objectives Foster strong, long-term customer relationships through regular onsite visits, consistent follow-ups, and personalized support Create and deliver accurate quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements Conduct clear, value-driven sales presentations that aid customer decision-making Collaborate with Inside Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and prompt product delivery

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in an outside sales role, ideally in a wholesale, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical supply environment Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and developing trusted relationships Effective communicator with strong networking and presentation skills Self-driven, organized, and able to manage your time and priorities independently Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical products, along with a solid understanding of industry practices, is an asset Ability to travel between Yorkton & Regina area
