We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets in the industrial solutions domain.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionBusiness Development & CRM
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, inquiries, and proposals Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in CRM systemsCoordination & Reporting
Collaborate with technical and proposal teams for solution delivery Ensure adherence to pricing policies and company guidelines Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and competitor activitiesRequired Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering 6–8 years of experience in industrial salesKey Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of industrial sales, material handling, and process equipment Understanding of air pollution control systems and conveying solutions Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting platformsPreferred Candidate Profile
