Parker Lord México is seeking aTerritory Sales Managerto drive commercial growth across theBajío and Northern Mexico region, focusing onWSG technologiessuch as rubber-to-metal bonding adhesives and rubber coatings.
This role is responsible for managing key automotive accounts (Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers) and identifying new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding with a consultative commercial approach, providing added-value solutions for vibration control, sealing, and rubber-metal applications.
This is a role with frequent travel in the assigned territory. The position doesnot include people management responsibilities.
+ Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive clients located in Bajío and Northern Mexico.
+ Lead technical-commercial presentations to engineering, purchasing, and operations teams at customer sites.
+ Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams (technical service, logistics, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions.
+ Drive project development from opportunity detection to technical validation and commercial closing.
+ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline aligned with AOP (Annual Operating Plan) goals.
+ Participate in technical visits, audits, and industry events to position Parker Lord as a leading solutions provider.
+ Experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts in the automotive industry.
+ Familiarity with validation processes, quality standards, and production environments typical of automotive suppliers.
+ Proven ability to develop technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer manufacturing needs.
+ Minimum3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in theautomotive industry.
+ Experience withrubber-metal adhesives, rubber coatings, sealing solutions, or similar technical products.
+ Bachelor’s degree inEngineering(Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
+ Intermediate to advancedEnglish(required for technical documentation and global collaboration).
+ Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
