Territory Sales Manager (Ag Tech) - Western Canada
We’re looking for a remote Territory Sales Manager in the agricultural technology industry.

Our client is a leader in agricultural drone technology, helping farmers improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability through innovative spray solutions. The company has supported the spraying of over 4.6 million acres and generated more than $75 million in revenue through technology-driven solutions that empower rural communities and deliver exceptional service.

The Territory Sales Manager (Western Canada) will be responsible for driving revenue, building a dealer network, and developing brand presence across Central and Western Canada through a balanced mix of direct sales, dealer partnerships, and market development activities.

Territory Sales Manager responsibilities: Achieve drone sales targets through a 50/50 mix of direct customer sales and dealer network development Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM aligned with quarterly and annual revenue goals Follow up on all demonstrations, trade show leads, and inbound inquiries according to speed-to-lead and follow-up standards Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality dealer partners with agricultural and operational expertise Represent the company at agricultural trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events across Central and Western Canada Develop strong relationships with farmers, ag retailers, and agricultural influencers to drive market adoption
The successful candidate has: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural sector Strong agricultural knowledge and understanding of regional crop and farming practices Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory with up to 50% travel Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven sales execution Drone experience strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain required certifications)
Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $85,000 – $95,000 depending on experience, plus commissions. Comprehensive benefits package Remote working environment Opportunity to build and lead a high-impact sales territory
