As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be part of the sales team supporting growth and business maintenance. Location: Midland, TX (Remote)
Pay Range: $30-$35
Shift: M-F 8am to 5pm
What's the Job?
Grow distribution channels and perform corporate and plant sales on the road. Lead initial calls, semi-qualify/qualify leads, and coordinate follow-up discovery calls. Focus on high-margin sales and ensure smooth transfer of items and services. Revisit lost clients and follow up on open and closed opportunities. Perform pre and post-sales activities, including developing action items and strategies.What's Needed?
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time. Capability to lift approximately 30 lbs as needed. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.What's in it for me?
