Territory Sales Manager
On behalf of our client, TalentWorld is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to join a growing and reputable electrical solutions provider in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for a driven and knowledgeable sales professional with experience in the electrical industry who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining existing customer accounts, securing new business, and promoting a wide range of electrical products. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to support customer needs and deliver timely, tailored solutions. Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities: Perform regular and scheduled calls on assigned accounts Promote products and provide technical support to customers Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship-based selling Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project quoting and tracking Provide regular updates on account performance using available tools Collaborate with management to establish and achieve monthly sales targets Represent the company in scheduled sales meetings and manufacturer trainings Support collections by working with the credit department on accounts receivable Stay current on market trends and new product offerings
Territory Sales Manager Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience, including 2–3 years in the electrical industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
