Territory Sales Manager – Acute Care Portfolio, Nordics

We are currently looking for a **Territory Sales Manager** to join our **Acute Care team** , focusing on our **Beds and Stretchers product portfolio** . This role will be instrumental in **building brand recognition and driving sales growth** across Sweden (Mid & South) and Denmark. You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment where innovation and personal growth are valued. If you are a passionate sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making a real impact in healthcare, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities** + Own and drive business growth within your assigned territory (Mid/South Sweden and Denmark) in line with the strategy defined by the Regional Sales Manager. + Build Stryker’s brand and grow market share for the **Beds and Stretchers** portfolio. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and segmentation. + Lead the sales process from product introduction through to contract negotiation and deal closure. + Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within hospitals and healthcare institutions. + Collaborate with other Stryker divisions to identify cross-selling opportunities and increase overall account penetration. + Represent Stryker at industry events, trade shows, and professional congresses. + Provide expert training and product education to healthcare professionals. + Stay current on product innovation, market trends, and sales tools. **Who We’re Looking For – Ideal Candidate Profile** + Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience — open to various sectors/industries.. + A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. + Motivated, goal-oriented, and genuinely passionate about driving results. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in delivering presentations and conducting negotiations. + Fluency in **English** and either **Danish or Swedish** is required — knowledge of both is a strong plus. + Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. + Willingness to travel frequently across the territory (approx. 80%). **What We Offer** + A purpose-driven culture with strong values and team spirit. + A competitive salary package with performance-based incentives. + Access to world-class learning, mentoring, and career development programs. + The opportunity to make a real difference in improving patients' lives.
