We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Sage Division, specialising in Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention. You’ll champion cutting-edge solutions that reduce healthcare-associated infections and improve patient outcomes—empowering providers to deliver the highest standard of care. This is a Sydney-based role, covering hospitals and healthcare facilities across the metropolitan region and surrounding areas.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targetsBuild strong relationships with Nurse Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and healthcare professionalsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfactionDeliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programsProvide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support

Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiencesStrategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Sydney and surrounding regions

Preferred Requirements

Bachelors degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related fieldKnowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
