Territory Manager - RespirTech (ME, NH & VT)

**Your role:**
+ Optimizing the Philips product mix and increasing sales volume by executing territory business plans, using strategic thinking to generate leads and performing market analysis to drive growth and profitability. Ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with overall business objectives while working under limited supervision.
+ Developing and improving relations with existing and new customers. Establish Philips as a preferred supplier, using advanced relationship-building techniques to foster long-term partnerships, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
+ Coordinating all Philips’ efforts to exceed personal and field sales team quotas. Supporting initiatives and projects that drive performance and growth and ensuring all team members are aligned and working towards a common goal.
+ Creatively resolving a wide range of issues by demonstrating a full understanding of specialization and managing and developing employees as needed, to achieve organizational goals. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care.
+ Frequently interacting with customers and functional peer group managers on complex matters, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in direct sales and/or experience within the field of respiratory.
+ Your skills include:
+ The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
+ Knowledge of computer systems and understanding of MS Office programs.
+ You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
+ You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work independently.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $133,000 to $153,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
