The Role

As a Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your territory, managing and growing our Orthopaedic Instruments portfolio across Canberra. This portfolio includes cutting-edge power tools, surgical equipment, and digital technologies used in orthopaedic procedures. You’ll work closely with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to deliver solutions that enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectivesBuild strong, trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholdersProvide in-theatre support and product expertise during surgical proceduresCollaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and support for your accountsIdentify new business opportunities and strategically partner with other Stryker divisionsSolve complex challenges with creativity, agility, and commercial acumen

What we're looking for

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of achieving targets.Customer-centricity and the commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory.Skilled in analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting and identifying sales opportunities.Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital.Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.

Preferred

Sales experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Scientific or other related health industry.Comprehensive understanding of both the public and private hospital sectors.
