Territory Manager – U.S. Northwest (HVAC Sales & Business Development)
Our client, a leader in HVAC distribution, is looking for a Territory Manager to drive business growth across the Northwest U.S. region, with a primary focus on Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana. This role is ideal for a driven, customer-focused sales professional who thrives on building lasting relationships and uncovering new opportunities. Perks and Benefits Competitive compensation package Remote role with autonomy over your territory Opportunity to represent a well-established industry leader Supportive, collaborative team culture Ongoing training and development opportunities Territory includes high-growth markets and well-established accounts What You Will Be Doing Manage and grow business primarily in Eastern WA, ID, and MT, with broader support across the Northwest region (AK, WA, OR, ID, MT, UT, WY, Northern CA) Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive account management and new business development Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and key decision-makers Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base Utilize sales data and customer feedback to inform strategies and improve ROI Collaborate with internal teams on estimates, proposals, and bids Represent the company at industry events and through association involvement Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on trends, opportunities, and competitive activity Who You Are A sales professional with 5+ years of experience in territory management, business development, or B2B sales HVAC and/or Building Materials industry experience Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships and delivering value-based solutions Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable presenting insights and recommendations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license with no restrictions A post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset
