Territory Manager - Emergency Care - SW Ontario

**What you will do: **
The Territory Manager will focus on the development of customer relationships to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth. Additionally, you will work to achieve assigned quota by taking a consultative approach to Pre-Hospital and Hospital sales, marketing, clinical, and related demonstration of all Hospital products and programs. These products/programs include: LIFEPAK monitor/defibrillators and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), LUCAS Chest Compression Systems, the LIFENET System, HeartSine AEDs, ProCare Services, and Flex Financial Services.
+ Responsible for calling on Hospital staff and decision makers, including private and municipal ambulance services, fire departments, police, volunteer Hospital services, and all customers in the market.
+ Develops and implements business plans to identify and close business. Expected to utilize and leverage Hospital tools.
+ Prepares forecasts for yearly, quarterly and monthly business.
+ Participates in sales workshops, sales meetings, and/or promotional activities as requested by Hospital Manager and/or Marketing Leadership and Medical Division.
+ Provides current customers with excellent post-sale follow-up (communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and coordinates product repairs).
+ Accountable for maintaining customer records in accordance with Stryker specifications; including quarterly market share updates when requested.
+ Actively participates in national, regional, and local Hospital trade shows.
**What you need **
**Required:**
+ University Degree
+ 1+ years outside sales or clinical experience
**Preferred:**
+ Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology
+ 3+ yearsof experience in Medical Device Sales or clinical setting
**Additional Information:**
+ Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
+ Must have a valid driver’s license
$96,000 and may be eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.
