Territory Manager - Emergency Care, Hospital - Toronto
**What You Will Do:** As a **Territory Manager** , you will focus on developing customer relationships to enhance loyalty and drive growth. You will achieve assigned quotas by adopting a consultative approach to hospital sales, marketing, clinical demonstrations, and related activities for all hospital products and programs. These include **LIFEPAK monitor/defibrillators** , **automated external defibrillators (AEDs)** , **LUCAS Chest Compression Systems** , **LIFENET System** , **HeartSine AEDs** , **ProCare Services** , and **Flex Financial Services** . **Key Responsibilities:** + Achieve or exceed sales targets through prospecting new clients and managing existing customer relationships. + Engage with hospital staff and decision-makers, including private and municipal ambulance services, fire departments, police, volunteer hospital services, and other market customers to improve patient outcomes and increase market share. + Utilize tools to analyze sales within the territory and develop strategies to close business and maximize growth. + Prepare forecasts for yearly, quarterly, and monthly business. + Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. + Provide excellent post-sale customer service, including communication and management of delivery dates, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs. + Maintain compliant customer records, including quarterly market share updates. + Actively participate in national, regional, and local trade shows. **What you need** **Required:** + University Degree + 3+ years outside sales experience **Preferred:** + Degree in business OR a degree in a health-related discipline (biology, science, kinesiology) + 3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales + 3+ years of experience as a paramedic, firefighter, EMT, or EMR **Additional Information:** + Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations + Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered + Must have a valid driver’s license Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
