Your ‘day to day’

In this role with Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd, you will manage and engage with retail business owners / key decision makers within outlets of a defined territory to achieve overall commercial objectives, through establishing and maintaining a high degree of rapport, maximizing retail leverage, representing the company in a positive and professional way, focusing on teamwork and displaying a high degree of work ethic.

Your accountabilities include:

Contribute to the development of area strategies by creating and proposing territory plans. Ensure timely and efficient implementation by focusing on key operational drivers such as availability, stock levels, visibility, and quality.Support the execution of program objectives within the territory, monitor progress, and analyze outcomes to identify issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.Monitor stores to gather high‑quality data and insights, and use these findings to strengthen program design, enhance relationship‑building initiatives, and refine in‑store activities.Assess performance insights and recommend actions to unlock opportunities within the territory, grounded in a strong understanding of the end‑to‑end consumer journey and strategic directionUphold corporate integrity and values by ensuring full compliance with company policies, operating guidelines, and local laws.

 

 

Who We’re Looking For

A motivated, driven, and achievement-oriented individual with a growth mindset3+ years working experience in an FMCG company, focusing on sales, merchandising and/or retailer engagement preferredHolder of a valid Class 3 Driving LicenseKey skills we are looking for:MS Excel, PowerPoint, WordAnalytical and planning skillsCommunications skills (written, verbal, presentation)Strong negotiation and selling skillsConflict managementRelationship building
