About the role:
In this unique role as a Territory Manager, you will work autonomously as well as being part of a caring and supportive team to service and grow your own territory. You will be responsible for providing exemplary service and account management with your customers to grow your business base, managing a territory across the Central West of NSW. You will be given the opportunity to build relationships with a range of commercial clients including national and international brands, within industries ranging from Hospitality and Aged Care facilities. This role is fully field based, visiting multiple customer sites, where you will apply your knowledge to inspect, review and provide strategic solutions to solve our customers’ specific cleaning and sanitation challenges. You will also be required to prospect and bring on new customers as part of the growth strategy.

Our ideal candidate may have:
Experience within the quick service restaurant industry, or have a chef background with an understanding of food safety
Previous experience of account management or business development is desirable
Excellent time management skills
An ability to work autonomously
Customer account management experience

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate, based upon Ecolab’s extensive training program.
