The Terrain Park Hand Crew is responsible for building, maintaining, and dialing in the terrain parks that make Boreal and Woodward Tahoe a top destination for skiers and riders. From sunup to sundown, this team keeps features safe, smooth, and shreddable.
If you love working outside, take pride in your work, and want to play a role in the park experience, this job is for you. You’ll work closely with the Park Leads and Build Crew to ensure features are maintained to the highest standard, while keeping the vibe high and the stoke alive for everyone on snow.
This is a Full-Time or Part Time Seasonal position with employee housing available starting at $325/month.

Responsibilities:
Maintain terrain park features throughout the day including raking, reshaping, and repairing
Open and close terrain park areas daily, ensuring signage and fencing are in place
Monitor features for safety and report any maintenance or rebuild needs
Interact with guests in a friendly and informative way
Assist with event setups, signage changes, and park layout adjustments
Shovel snow and maintain snow surfaces as needed
Uphold a strong safety culture and communicate with Patrol and Park Leads
Represent the park crew and Boreal brand with professionalism and passion
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for freestyle skiing/snowboarding and terrain park culture
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in physical work
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Comfortable using hand tools and performing manual labor
Able to ski or snowboard confidently through terrain parks
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Weekend and holiday availability required
Able to pass a background check
