Terminal Operator (Temp)

This is a temporary position to provide coverage during an employee leave. The role is expected to last until the permanent employee returns (approx. 6-8 months).

What You'll Be Doing

Operate and monitor terminal equipment and machinery.Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of materials.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.Maintain accurate records of operations and inventory.Collaborate with team members to optimize terminal operations.Summertime Operation- maintenance of terminal facilities (i.e. cutting grass; weed trimming; sweeping)

Conditions of Employment

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.This position involves variable shifts as well as some over-night work.
