The Saia Corporate Internship Program is a 10-week paid summer internship running from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026. Interns gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects. The program includes a structured learning curriculum, mentorship, job shadowing, Lunch & Learns, and a capstone presentation to the Executive Team.Position SummarySupports various departments by performing administrative tasks, assisting with projects, and gaining practical experience.Major Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssists with daily operations and administrative tasks.Prepares and edits documents, presentations, and reports.Helps organize and maintain files and records.Supports team members with project-related activities and assignments.Provides customer service support and answer inquiries.Works with various teams to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.Preferred QualificationsRising juniors or rising seniors onlyStrong leadership potential and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and detail-orientedAbility to work collaboratively across teamsSelf-motivated and organizedPrior internship or related experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Must be open to future relocationAssist front-line supervisors in workforce management and productivity trackingParticipate in safety, compliance, and process improvement initiativesSupport scheduling, reporting, and operational documentationMonitor team performance and assist with daily operational challengesContribute to operational projects and initiatives
