Circle K Terminal Latvia in Riga is looking for a professional who will join our Terminal Operations Center as:
TERMINAL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Key responsibilities:
Update and maintain terminal layout and technical drawings in AutoCAD;
Keep technical documentation and handbooks up to date with the latest procedures and safety requirements;
Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to access across teams;
Coordinate equipment tagging activities, including adding new tags and updating existing ones;
Make sure all asset information is consistent and reliable;
Work with maintenance and operational reports: extract, organize, and analyze data;
Add planning information (costs, duration, resources) to maintenance tasks for better scheduling and tracking;
Follow up on tank and pipeline scanning results;
Register corrective actions and help schedule future inspections.
We are looking for someone who:
Has higher education (can be in the process of acquiring) or experience in a similar role;
Is fluent in Latvian and in English to be able to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA;
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Likes to work with various systems;
Advanced skills in Excel and regular MS Office tools;
Improvement driven and engaged team player.
