We seek applications from a diverse pool of scholars with a strong focus on the learning sciences and learning technologies. Specifically, we seek scholars whose research has focused on the application of emerging and advanced instructional technologies (including, but not limited to artificial intelligence, virtual/augmented reality) to achieve more just and equitable educational learning opportunities, teaching practices, policies, and systems. We seek a scholar who has demonstrated the capacity to contribute to the creation and use of scholarship in education, with strong methodological training in quantitative, qualitative, or multiple methods, who has the ability to teach courses in education at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and who seeks to influence practice and policy. Experience mentoring students of many different backgrounds is desired. **Required Qualifications*** Candidates should have a track record of outstanding scholarship in education. The appointment will be at the rank of tenure-track assistant professor. Candidates should have outstanding potential and a defined research agenda related to educational improvement through the study of technology. Demonstrated teaching ability, strong methodological skills, and a desire to develop sponsored research are required. Salary will be negotiated on the basis of the candidate's experience and qualifications.
