The Tennis Professional is responsible for providing high-quality tennis instruction to individuals and groups of all skill levels. This role includes developing lesson plans, promoting tennis programs, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and supporting the overall operation of the tennis facility. **Duties and Responsibilities include:** · Plan and deliver private and group tennis lessons for beginners through advanced players · Develop training programs to improve players’ technique, fitness, and strategy · Organize and lead clinics · Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with members and guests · Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback · Assist with scheduling courts, lessons, and events · Ensure equipment and courts are maintained and safe for use · Promote club programs, lessons, and events to increase participation · Stay current with teaching techniques and tennis trends · Enforce facility rules, safety standards, and policies Miraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
