Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire tender process, from identification to submission, strictly adhering to deadlines and requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and determine the best approach for each tender.Analyze tender documents and successfully implement strategies to compete effectively.Maintain accurate records of tender submissions and track outcomes to continuously improve processes.Provide outstanding support to the sales team by preparing detailed, high-quality tender responses.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or similar experience in a relevant area.Demonstrated background in a customer service or tender management position.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also demonstrating initiative and ambition.
