As a Tender Manager you will support the tendering team. You are responsible for compilation of bid documents for submission and to prepare the budgetary and firm services quotes.

As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for:

Generating and submitting techno commercial offers with Value proposition defined in the proposal to meet business expectationsSupporting Sales Team in providing solutions to meet needs of customerBuilding trusted customer relationships to understand their needs and frame tailored service solutions to bring additional valueDeveloping trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to promote collaborationCreating and reviewing technical and commercial solutions from customer specifications to ensure compliance and exceptions are metPerforming frequent travel on domestic or international assignments on short notice given at times

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree Have experience 5-8 years sales commercial and operations experience within completions and wellbore InterventionDemonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teamsHave good business and financial acumen with ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions and offer recommendationsHave ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and effort for results
