This includes all administrative tasks from tender announcement until tender contract expiration, guiding and assisting the business in setting up all types of contracts and creating/maintaining regular offers. Acting as the key administrative point of contact, you'll collaborate with teams like Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to support contract creation and manage offers. You'll also contribute to improving processes within the Pricing, Contracting, and Tender teams, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations. You will cover the Belux region and report to the Tender & Contract Supervisor BeLux.
