Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, HR, or related field, required. 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and reporting, ideally within HR or recruiting. Previous experience using SAP, required. Familiarity with recruiting metrics and candidate lifecycle, required.Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset

The hourly rate for this role is $38.46/hr-$40.87/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
