Our Temporary Service Representatives are responsible for customer sales and support in our high-paced call centers. Competitive wages include base pay plus incentives.
What you'll do as an AT&T Temporary Service Representative:
+ Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of AT&T products and services to meet our customers’ needs
+ Provide AT&T customers with a positive sales and service experience
+ Interact with multiple online systems while speaking with customers
+ Works to meet revenue goals, service commitments and other deadlines
Qualifications – External
Our Temporary Service Representatives must be able to:
+ Complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required to remain on the job
+ Work day, evening, night, weekend and/or split shifts if required
+ AT&T will consider for employment qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of federal, state, and local laws
+ Qualification on pre-employment screening
Our Temporary Service Representative’s earn between $600 - $1615.50 weekly. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $57,603 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
