What will you do?Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Leadership:• Provide individual psychological counseling and support.• Manage crisis interventions.• Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups.• Maintain confidential therapeutic records and documentation.
Mental Health Initiatives:• Facilitate group interventions for emotional support.• Design and implement workplace mental health awareness campaigns.• Lead psychological first aid training and coordination.• Conduct stress management workshops.
Regulatory Compliance:• Ensure adherence to NOM-035-STPS-2018 standards.• Identify, analyze, and prevent psychosocial risks.• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.• Monitor and report on compliance metrics.
Program Management:• Coordinate the Psychological First Aid Response Team.• Develop and maintain mental health protocols.• Track and evaluate program effectiveness.• Provide regular reports on program outcomes.
What would you need to succeed?• +5 year of experience in similar roles.• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology required.• Additional studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred.• Certification in NOM-035-STPS-2018 (Mexican Occupational Safety and Health Standard).• Psychological First Aid Certification.• Intermediate English proficiency required.• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.• Excellent crisis management abilities.• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.• Proven experience in workplace mental health programs.• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
