Temporary Manager to President – $28-32/hr – DC

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit, is seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to the President's Office. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced environment and who can step in immediately to manage calendars, emails, and ad hoc projects.

What You'll Do:
* Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the President
* Manage scheduling and calendar coordination
* Source, prepare, and organize documents for meetings and events
* Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience supporting a high-level executive
* Comfortable working after hours when necessary
* Experience in the nonprofit sector preferred
* Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Fully set up to work from home

About the Position:
* Type: Contract for 2 weeks
* Dates: Starting September 29th - October 10th, covering a leave
* Location: Washington, DC
* Schedule: Hybrid schedule
* Compensation: $28/hr - $32/hr
