Temporary ERP Trainer - Workforce Management
**Details** + **Department:** Voyager + **Schedule:** Full Time/8-Hour Day Shift, Monday-Friday + **Location:** On-site and hiring for the following Ascension markets: Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, Jacksonville, FL, and Indianapolis, IN - Travel within assigned market and outside of assigned market will be required up to 50%. Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** The Workforce Management (WFM) Deployment Trainer will deliver technical training on Workforce Management processes including scheduling and master timekeeping to scheduling coordinators, managers, and timekeepers. This role focuses on teaching specific system tasks related to workforce scheduling, time approvals, and shift management. Delivery includes virtual sessions, stand-up instruction, and elbow-to-elbow coaching. Training content will be supplied by the implementation partner. This role will include a mix of on-site and virtual training with a normal travel schedule of Monday through Thursday. Availability is required during the initial 6-8 weeks go-live events, from June 30th through mid-October, as well as for key deployment milestones. **Key Responsibilities** : + Deliver training on UKG Pro Scheduler tasks such as shift creation, schedule edits, time-off approvals, shift swaps, and forecasting. + Facilitate hands-on practice in sandbox environments using realistic scheduling scenarios. + Support users in navigating dashboards, interpreting system messages, and managing schedule exceptions. + Provide live support during training waves and go-live events. + Reinforce compliance-related scheduling practices as reflected in the system. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** **Required Skills & Experience** : + Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Scheduler and timekeeping environments or similar workforce management systems. + Ability to demonstrate and coach through WFM transactions in a live system. + Familiarity with scheduling policies, union/labor compliance, and operational workflows. + Strong facilitation and troubleshooting skills during real-time or system use. + Experience supporting clinical or operational staff in healthcare or similar environments. + Previous floor support or go-live coaching experience preferred. + Experience in Healthcare or a related industry including clinical settings. + Work experience related to human resources, compensation, and/or workforce management preferred. + 3-5 years of training experience strongly preferred **Specific Education Requirements:** + Education related to business. human resources, finance, or analytics preferred. **Common Trainer Requirements** : + Strong facilitation and learner engagement skills (in-person and virtual). + Confidence leading task-based training using pre-developed materials. + Patient, proactive, and focused on building user confidence and adoption. + Comfortable using LMS platforms, sandbox environments, and blended delivery methods. + Able to reinforce change messages and elevate questions outside of system functionality. **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
