Position Summary:
Kemper is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Temporary Email Marketing Specialist to support our ongoing email communications. This role focuses on crafting, building and optimizing email campaigns and journeys that align with our established brand voice, visual identity, and marketing goals. The ideal candidate combines creative intuition with technical fluency, bringing expertise in email design, coding and analytics to enhance an already robust channel.
Position Responsbilities:
Design and Build Email Campaigns: Develop engaging, responsive and brand-aligned email campaigns and journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure consistency across visual, voice, and user experience.Translate Brand into Digital Execution: Collaborate closely with designers, writers and creative director to bring brand concepts to life through impactful email communications that resonate with diverse audiences.Analyze and Report on Performance: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct A/B tests, and provide insights to optimize creative, messaging and strategy across channels.Ensure Quality and Compliance: Maintain accessibility, rendering accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.Support Lifecycle and Automated Journeys: Build dynamic, personalized journeys that reflect brand tone and address audience needs through segmentation and creative variations.Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, design or related fieldExperience: 4-6 years email marketing or digital communications experience, preferably within brand, creative or marketing teams.Skills
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, basic AMPscript); familiarity with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email; skilled in designing and coding responsive, visually compelling templates.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaAbility to balance brand integrity, technical constraints, and performance goals.Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams and adapting to evolving brand guidelines.This is a remote role that can be worked from a US-Based home.The pay range for this temporary position is $32.69 to $54.52 per hour.Sponsorship is not accepted for this opportunity.Kemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
