We are looking for a **Senior AI Engineer** to join our **Data & Analytics** team in Brussels. You will be a key driver in designing, building, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies and AI Agents. This role requires a strategic vision to architect end-to-end AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration into enterprise environments. You will lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, guiding them through the full lifecycle of AI projects: from requirement gathering and translating business needs into optimal technical solutions. Your responsibilities include defining solution architectures, integrating AI components into broader systems, and ensuring best practices in MLOps, AI governance, and ethical AI. In the short term, you will contribute to ongoing AI initiatives and establish technical leadership within the team.
