**Remote Recruiter - Temp Opportunity** **Fast Paced Remote Recruitment Team** **Possibility of 1-3 month Temp Work, Opportunities for Permanent if positions come available.** **JOB SUMMARY:** The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is responsible for recruiting for field level security roles; places announcements for openings; works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates; and follows up on leads. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** · The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job or position. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, associates are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives. · Carry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner. **JOB DUTIES:** · Responsible for monitoring requisitions within an ATS then screening and interviewing applicants. · Utilize different dashboards and resume searches for assistance in sourcing and interviewing · Creates profiles on hiring needs for locations in different markets · Assists with Recruitment deficits in difficult markets throughout the US. · Makes recommendations to management regarding Recruitment improvements needed. · Meets with Manager and makes recommendations from analytical findings to improve overall success within Talent Acquisition · Performs additional functions, duties and tasks of a similar nature and scope as may be required by department management to achieve initiatives. · Assists with applicant tracking system compliance and functions. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** **Education/Experience:** Associates Degree or 2 years progressively responsible, related experience desired. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered. **Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):** · Excellent organizational, problem solving and writing skills along with planning and project management skills. · Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively. · Proven track record of designing and implementing recruiting strategies to hire professionals. · Strong customer service skills desired. · Ability to be an effective team member. · Must be self directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines. **Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands** With or without reasonable accommodation, a candidate must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions described.
