TEMP - People Specialist/Generalist

Your Mission
We are seeking a People Business Partner to join our HR team on a 6-month temporary basis. You will play a key role in delivering HR support across multiple regions including North America and LATAM. You’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations, foster employee engagement, and drive transformation initiatives. Your role will cover the full employee lifecycle, compliance, people analytics, and process improvement— leveraging data and technology to align HR strategies with business goals.

 

 

What You'll Be Doing

Operational & Administrative HR Management

Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding. Prepare employee documentation (offer letters, bonus letters, promotion notices, etc.). Conduct onboarding and new hire orientations; maintain HR systems and personnel records. Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers across regions. Ensure compliance with legal standards and support internal audits and training. 

HR Partnership

Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and execute regional and global people strategies. Utilize data, AI, and insights to inform decisions and solve workforce challenges. Partner cross-functionally to drive organizational performance and cultural alignment.

Employee Experience & Engagement

Coordinate and manage engagement and recognition programs. Lead feedback collection efforts such as biannual surveys. Support and execute HR communications regionally.

Change Management & Transformation

Partner with people business partners on workforce planning and business evolution.

Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement

Drive HR process optimization and digitization. Standardize HR practices across multiple countries. Manage HR procurement tasks including invoicing and purchase orders.

 

 

What You Bring

Proven experience in HR, either as a coordinator or generalist, collaborating with Business Partners in both strategic and operational roles. Strong background in HR operations and systems. Experience with talent development systems. Proficiency with digital HR tools and systems such as SAP SuccessFactors. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Teams). Experience in digitizing processes and using technology to make processes and tasks more efficient. Confident, adaptable, and able to make sound judgments. Excellent communication skills and influential leadership. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Resilient and collaborative with a proactive mindset.

HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, PHR).

Pay Range
$60,000-$65,000 per annum

The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs.
