TEMP/FLEX **Engineering Services and Products Company** 1 Positions ID: 56405 Posted On 04/19/2025 Refreshed On 08/21/2025 **Job Overview** **Summary:** Temporary supplement department staffing due to reasons such as interim replacement for individuals on leave of absence, assist with completion of a project or fill in for open positions. Employment assignments in this category are of limited duration. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** 1. Temp employees may be used in most positions and can move from department to department as needed to assist in areas that are in most need of employees. 2. Temp employees may be subject to work any shift. 3. Temp employees may be called into work on an as needed basis to fill in for departments. 4. Work hours or duration of assignment is not guaranteed. Employees need to stay in constant communication with their Manager/Supervisor as to the hours that are available for work. 5. Temp employees have the right to turn down work if its offered and does not fit into their schedule. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:Â** To perform job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
