Temp Contract Recruiter - High Volume Healthcare
**Position** : Contract Recruiter - High Volume - Healthcare **Duration** : This is a 3-month contract role. **Location** : Hybrid role - While mostly remote, may require attendance to certain events in the DFW area. **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm **JOB SUMMARY** The Recruiter will manage recruitment activities for an assigned function or program such as scheduling interviews, coordinating events, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens and other related recruitment tasks. Ultimately help select and attract the most qualified talent for open roles. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE** Manages a high volume of recruitment activities specific to an assigned function. Reviews resumes and conducts phone screens. Schedules interviews Attends and assists with the coordination of events Sources talent to increase pipeline through name generation and warm leads. Assists with special projects aimed at improving the recruiting processes. Coordinates clear and concise communication with candidates about the organization and career opportunities. Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Provides a sense of urgency related to daily recruitment activities. **KEY SUCCESS FACTORS** Basic Knowledge of employment laws and hiring policies Possesses a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, strong communication and proactive problem solving ability is required. General computer skills including, but not limited to: using required software applications, data entry, and email. Ability to research, analyze, and disseminate information. Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally and in writing.
