Job Description:
o This position is responsible for managing the administrative, financial, and clinical information systems integral for Tellica Imaging. The incumbent will solve complex problems, improve the alignment of information systems with workflow, and identify ways to enhance Tellica Imaging's information systems landscape. The incumbent will develop operating procedures, workflow diagrams, and other documentation to support caregiver, provider, and patient use of systems. This role will be pivotal to the implementation, training development, and adoption process of information systems. The incumbent will configure Tellica Imaging's information systems to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care, designing solutions to achieve strategic, clinical, and operational goals, while adhering to industry best practice.

This role is partially remote, applicant needs to be located in the Wasatch Front area, required to be in office once per quarter.Flexible Schedule- Monday - Saturday 7am -7pm with some hours being late days/urgent work needs.Job Essentials
Work with end users to solve complex problems, troubleshoot incidents, and answer questions.Analyze issues to identify recurrence of potential problems in need of root-cause resolution.Identify enhancements to current information systems for tighter alignment with clinical and operational workflow.Ensure applications are functioning effectively to facilitate documentation and deliver excellent patient care at Tellica Imaging.Develop standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, and other documentation to support caregiver, provider, and patient use of systems. Observe and understand clinical, operational, patient, and provider workflow to help design systems that facilitate documentation and clinical decision-making.Design and configure changes to Tellica Imaging applications to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.Proactively and creatively design enhancements to the current application abiding by fundamental healthcare compliance and cybersecurity regulations and industry standards.Perform end-user acceptance testing and partner with technical resources to QA Tellica Imaging's information systems.Think as an end user to specialize in solving user-interface design, workflow, and implementation problems.Develop and employ a strong inclination for design sensibilities, specifically an eye for detail, flow, and usability of application systems for users.Design, develop, document, and configure information systems compliant with programming best-practices.Develop realistic digital prototypes used to guide design decisions.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by iterating on existing solutions for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Work independently with experience making decisions to achieve business goals while adhering to industry best practice.Preferred Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree is preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
Additional relevant experience may substitute for lack of education upon Supervisory and HR approval
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of work experience, or actively working towards a bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience working within a related area.
