Working Location: Macau

Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPromote and Sell DHL products and services to customer, and achieve business target, Growth and KPIs as assigned.\nPerform business activities through carrying out inbound and outbound calling to customers. Customer visit will be on special occasion based on business needs.\nRetain and develop existing customers and manage all the account related activities including payment settlement, new process implementation, customer data maintenance and resolution for service and business issues if any\nSupport and participate in business programs and execute local and regional projects as assigned\n\n\n

YOUR PROFILE\n

\n\nMacau ID holder is a must\nDiploma holder or above with minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer services. Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered\nPossess strong selling techniques and effective negotiation and influencing skills\nStrong business acumen and problem solving skill\nWell-organized, self-motivated, self-confident and able to work under pressure\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills\nCustomer centric and result oriented\nGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)\nProficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel\n\nOUR OFFER\n\nStrong career support in an international environment\nGreat culture and colleagues\nMultifarious benefit program\n\n
