YOUR TASKS

\n\n

Provide support to the team to achieve predetermined revenue targets by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients. Ensure complete customer satisfaction and provide a knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, confident and proactive point of contact to customers.

\n\n

Main Responsibilities:

\n\n\n\tMaintain existing DHL customers by telephone within on regular pre-defined call cycle to secure new business and to ensure that individual agreed targets are achieved.\n\tManage a portfolio of customers viatelephone.\n\tAct as Telesales customers’ main contact for DHL, responding and satisfying their sales and post-sales requirements. Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.\n\tAchieve revenue and shipment performance aligned with country’s target and guidance.\n\tContinue to obtain new customers and ensure they trade profitably.\n\tResponsible for the continuous growth of the Active Customers within portfolio.\n

YOUR PROFILE:

\n\nMinimum bachelor's degree with related experience\nExcellent telephone skills, and communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) – spoken and written.\nAble to relate well with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.\nGood analytical thinking to evaluate both numerical and narrative information.\nInitiative to take action, make decisions, and proactively dothings for both current and future opportunities.\nWorks cooperatively with others to achieve group goals.\n\n
